Who we are

What we collect

The forms on this site ask for a name, an email address, an optional phone number, a subject and a message. If you tick the consent box and send the form, that information reaches our inbox. Nothing is stored in a database on this website, because the site has no database.

We also receive the ordinary technical details any web server logs, such as the page requested and the time of the request. Those logs are kept by our hosting provider and are used to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your message to answer your enquiry and to arrange a booking if one follows. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets one small technical cookie to remember your cookie notice choice. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies. The Cookies page explains this in full.

Sharing

We do not share your details with third parties for their own purposes. Our hosting provider processes the site on our behalf. If you ask us to pass your contact to a photographer, stylist or lab, we do that only after you ask.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to run the studio, and we delete them on request. Write to [email protected] and say what you want removed.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. The address, phone number and company name stay the same.
